The Feast of the Three Kings usually means the end of the holiday season in the Philippines, but at The Peninsula Manila, it’s a festive celebration.
On January 7, 2023 (Saturday) from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon, the Three Kings will visit The Peninsula Manila, bringing with them presents for children.
There will be special celebrations starting with a parade around the hotel bringing the Three Kings from the East — Melchior, Gaspar and Balthazar — to The Lobby before proceeding to the hotel’s premier buffet hall, Escolta, where a delicious feast awaits guests.
Guests can enjoy the Three Kings Lunch Buffet at Escolta from noon ‘til 2:30 pm for ₱2,600 (inclusive of taxes).
The Feast of the Three Kings is also a great time for indulging one’s sweet tooth. Head over to The Peninsula Boutique for a taste of Roscon de Reyes (₱850), a traditional Spanish brioche-like sweet bread representing the three kings’ crowns. It’s eaten on the Feast of the Three Kings, which celebrates the Epiphany when the Three Kings came to visit the baby Jesus in Bethlehem.
