Beloved Asian restaurant chain opens at SMDC Air Mall in Makati City

Asian comfort fusion restaurant Nanyang welcomed March by opening its 14th branch at SMDC Air Residences and Mall in Makati City.

"Nanyang is the perfect epitome of a fusion of the contemporary and nostalgic experience," according to the restaurant's website, and they've been doing it since they created their signature beverage – Nanyang Kopi – in the 1960's. Back then, Nanyang specialized in breakfast fare, offering Nanyang Kope and a freshly toasted bread.

Today, Nanyang has adapted to cater to the modern market, creating new dishes to attract the younger market while maintaining their old signature dishes to keep the more mature generation coming back. Loyal diners rave over its Hainanese Chicken Rice, Homemade Nasi Lemak, Cheesy Chicken Chop Noodles, and wash it all down with Iced Kopi Melaka and Kopi Jelly.
